One questionnaire a school can send to any AI vendor: forty questions across nine areas, ten of them marked as gates, with a scoring tab that turns the written answers into a result you can put in front of a business manager or a board. The worked example is EthosOne answering the same forty questions as the vendor, so every download is a scored security posture for EthosOne sitting beside the blank copy you send to your next vendor.

Three files in one zip: AI-Vendor-Assessment.xlsx, the working document with a worked example beside your own; How-to-use-the-AI-Vendor-Assessment.pdf, four pages that take a leadership team through it in one sitting; and What-next-EthosOne-Security-and-AI.pdf, four pages on what the same work looks like when it runs live in EthosOne.

  1. 01Is the AI Vendor Assessment free?

Yes. Tell us who you are and the link is emailed to you. No trial, no card, and the file is yours whether or not you ever talk to us.

  2. 02What format is it?

AI-Vendor-Assessment.xlsx opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets and the two PDFs open anywhere. The worked example tab or appendix is finished and protected; your own is blank and editable.

  3. 03Do we need EthosOne to use it?

No. The pack works on its own, and the How-to is written for a school that runs it in a spreadsheet or a document. The What-next brochure and the six notes in the file say where the work strains and what the platform does at that point.

  4. 04Who is the worked example?

One invented Australian independent school, the same one across all eleven packs, with a consistent principal, business manager, chair and set of risks. Nothing in it is a real school.

  5. 05What happens after I download?

The thank-you page names the three files and the first thing worth doing today, and offers the Board-Ready Governance Review as the next step. One email, no sequence you did not ask for.
