EthosOne was founded by Dave Yeates and Pete Holliday after more than a decade advising regulated industries and years beside school leaders. They watched capable people carry more obligations every year with the same spreadsheets, while other industries already had the systems to prove reasonable care. There had to be a better way.

Dave's first career was as a leadership and innovation adviser to influential organisations across government, resources, financial services and technology, working where risk and innovation meet. He is design-trained (RMIT), with an MBA in innovation (Deakin) and an award-winning entrepreneurial track record.
For many years he has worked as a long-term strategic and transformation adviser to principals, business managers and boards, and today leads EthosOne's thinking on AI governance in regulated industries.
Pete Holliday

Pete is a master executive coach who spent the last decade as a transformation adviser to ASX and S&P listed companies. He studied organisational psychology, with postgraduate qualifications in adult development and human complexity (Lectica and Harvard).
In education he has led leadership development for system leaders and education directors, and now focuses on the impact of AI on the complex human environment of schools.
