A student was hurt in the science lab on a Tuesday. The student recovered. The obligation to take reasonable care to avoid foreseeable harm to students, staff and visitors, which a regulator or a court reads as what the school knew, what it did about it, and whether it can show both. 03Can we produce the evidence for one activity on demand?
Yes. Open the activity and its assessment, approval, ratios, venues, emergency plan and debrief are on it, each with a version and a date, and the assurance entries and incident forms that relate to it are linked from it.
04Does this cover early learning services as well as the school?
Yes. An early learning service maps its evidence to the National Quality Standard for assessment and rating, and the school maps to its State's registration requirements, from the same records.
05What does it cost?
Risk and Compliance is a focus module at $5,000 a year on top of Core at $15,000; Regulatory Readiness is another $5,000. Every module is $45,000 all in with no per-user fees, so every staff member who owns a log or an assessment has a login.
