Bio
Dave Yeates is a co-founder of EthosOne, the governance, risk and compliance platform built only for schools, developed by Atlas Platforms Pty Ltd in Adelaide, South Australia. He is a design-trained systems strategist who has spent his career turning institutional problems into method, and method into software. At EthosOne he leads product, AI governance and security, including how EthosOne's own AI is run: Frontier AI, hosted via Amazon Bedrock in AWS Sydney, with a stateless model and no school data training any model.
EthosOne exists because the school leaders he and co-founder Pete Holliday worked with as consultants kept carrying the same load with the same spreadsheets, and it is built with schools rather than for them: configured together, ready for January, handed over ready to run.
