Bio
Pete Holliday is a co-founder of EthosOne, the governance, risk and compliance platform built only for schools, developed by Atlas Platforms Pty Ltd in Adelaide, South Australia. He is an executive coach and organisational psychologist, and his work at EthosOne is with the people who carry governance rather than the software that records it: principals, business managers and the chairs and directors they report to.
EthosOne exists because the school leaders he and co-founder Dave Yeates worked with as consultants kept carrying the same load with the same spreadsheets. Pete's part of the answer is how governance actually lands in a school: how the board conversation runs, how the executive prepares for it, and what a chair should see and ask.
In EthosOne's board and risk advisory he leads the work with boards and principals while Dave leads risk and reporting, and both are present for the diagnostic and the handover. He is in the room on the AI governance day, the facilitated day EthosOne runs with a school's leadership team, with no licence required and no obligation. EthosOne is built with schools rather than for them: configured together, ready for January, handed over ready to run.
