v2.0.0: Building the Strateji ecosystem, schools and education governance first.

We’re building an ecosystem of vertical focuses, industries served on a shared Strateji core, and schools and education governance are where we’re going deepest first. The named lines in this ship are EthosOne for independent schools and EthosGov for public schools: same engine underneath, different defaults and language where each sector needs it. This release lands the branding and in-product surfaces on staging and production apps, rebuilds admin end to end, ties folders to companies, and ships Strategies Framework, Risk Snapshot, refreshed Settings, tighter Accountability, inline RASCI, refreshed Meetings and Actions, and Artefacts.

Strateji is the common layer, identity, security, modules, and workflows that carry across verticals. EthosOne and EthosGov are how education meets that layer today: not two disconnected products, but two front doors into one ecosystem, starting with the work principals and system leaders actually run every week.

EthosOne and EthosGov surfaces are live on staging and production apps. Same credentials across the school lines you already use; redirect polish continues next sprint.

Folders and admin

Folders sit under companies for a cleaner library as you grow. Admin is a single, stepped path for company creation at admin.strateji.co.

Strategy, risk, and ownership

Strategies Framework anchors strategy work; Risk Snapshot gives a fast posture read; Settings are refreshed; Accountability picks up owners and due dates; RASCI edits inline.

Meetings, actions, artefacts

Meetings and Actions move closer together from decision to work; Artefacts give structured capture for what the strategy process produces.
