What we keep hearing
It is the fortnight before the group board meets. The spreadsheets arrive at the office, each school's risk in its own template, and someone begins turning them into one. A policy updated at the centre has taken a term to reach the campuses, and nobody can say which of them have adopted it. At the meeting the chair sees the consolidated number and asks which entity it came from, which is the question she actually wanted answered.
Somewhere in that fortnight the group still has to be governed as one, and this is the view that lets it be.

Foundation
Everything the school runs today is inventoried, mapped and loaded once. Staff sign in with the account they already have and every named owner has a role.
You cannot go back when the incumbent is read-only, every owner has signed in and the access matrix is signed.
Calendar
Core and Regulatory Readiness. The strategic plan is on the dashboard with owners, the calendar carries the jurisdiction's dates, and the next submission is assembled with evidence linked per standard.

Risk
Risk and Compliance and Personnel. Appetite is set once and approved by the board, the register is real, assurance logs run for a full term, and the first expiry is caught by the system before the date.

Board
PolicyAI and Board Engagement. The policy review cycle runs through PolicyAI, the first legislative change is actioned, and the board pack is generated from the record for two consecutive meetings with directors logging in directly.

Twelve weeks for the trial campuses, then the rest in the order the office sets. Group altitude is the last thing switched on, because it reads what the entities already run.

Entity register and data map
The ASIC and ACNC entity register, the constitution, each entity's registers, the group policies and delegations. One data map per campus.

Trial campuses
One or two campuses, often the one approaching registration or the entity that has just joined, climb Foundation, Calendar and Risk on the standard licence and the standard gates.
Gate. The trial campuses have passed the Risk gate: a committee pack from the record, a calendar closing on time.

Co-design the group reporting
With the office and the group board: the portfolio view the director needs, the questions the group board asks, what is governed at group and what at entity, the group policy roll-out plan and the group critical incident escalation.

The remaining campuses come on in the order the office sets, each with its own workspace, its own owners and the shared policy library, so no campus absorbs more than one change at a time.

As a partnership, scoped after the trial and written down before anything is agreed. The platform licence is published in full on the pricing page, with each additional campus, site, ELC or entity as its own line and no per-user fees.
02Can dioceses keep local autonomy at each school?
Yes. Each school runs its own workspace with its own registers, owners and board reporting. The office sees the roll-up and distributes shared policies; it does not edit a school's register from the centre, and drilling into one entity does not change what the group sees.
03Does this work for public school systems?

04How long does a trial take?
A trial campus follows the same shape as a focused uplift: configured together in Term 4, live in January. The co-design and scaled deploy are sequenced with the office from there.
