A pack you can trust. A meeting you can run.
Board engagement without the enterprise price, and a quiet place for the board's main thing: decisions made on what is true.
Three parts of EthosOne that matter most to a board

Minutes Resolutions
Agendas and papers in one place, and every resolution carried into a register the board can read back.

Reporting
A board report generated from the live risk, compliance and policy position, opened in Word, sent in minutes.

File Vault
A secure vault for the documents the board holds, with version history and retention on every file.
What we keep hearing
The pack arrives at 6:15 on Tuesday night, forty pages built from exports. The chair reads it at the kitchen table with last quarter's open beside it, working out what changed. The register on page nineteen was signed off in March, and nobody is sure it is still current. Somewhere in that pack, the board has to decide on what is true.
This is the room where the pack builds itself.
At Blackfriars Priory School the board went from a pack rebuilt from exports to one assembled from the live register, and the school went from demo to live in under a month.

Where are you on the AI maturity curve?
Every board is being asked about AI. Few have been shown where their school actually sits. The AI maturity assessment takes under five minutes, no licence and no obligation, and you leave with your stage on the curve, the questions your board should be asking, and the next three moves. Take it before the next pack is due, and walk in already sure.

Take the AI maturity assessment01Does EthosOne replace a board portal?
For most independent schools, yes. Meetings, papers, resolutions and a file vault are part of the Board Engagement module, and the board pack is built from the same live evidence the school runs on, so there is no separate portal to buy or export into.
02What does board engagement cost?
Board Engagement is a premium module at $10,000 a year on top of Core at $15,000, with every module $45,000 all in and no per-user fees, so every board member can have a login.
03Can the board see the risk register directly?
Yes. Board members see the live register and the board-level view of it, with named owners and treatments, rather than a snapshot pasted into a pack.
04Is our board data kept in Australia?
Yes. Databases and infrastructure are onshore, and frontier AI is hosted via Amazon Bedrock in AWS Sydney.
05Can the board see our risk position?
Yes. Directors open the live register and its board-level view, with named owners, ratings against appetite and the treatments in train, rather than a snapshot pasted into a pack. The board pack itself is built from that same live evidence and published as an immutable version.
Every seat in the school, working from the same evidence.
