What we keep hearing

Monday in the group office: three of the five campuses have sent their register, the other two are due Friday. The consolidated picture for the board is a spreadsheet, rebuilt by hand each quarter. A policy went out from the centre in March and has been adopted, so far, on three different timelines. Somewhere in that week, the group has to know what is true across every campus.

This is the room where it is seen once.

The ask

A strategic partnership, mapped with you.

Groups and dioceses partner with us at systems level: a trial with one or two campuses, then a scaled deploy with custom reporting. We would be glad to map the right setup with you, so every campus is run well, and run sustainably, safely and compliantly, into the future.

Talk strategic partnership
  1. 01How is a school group priced?

Every module is $45,000 a year all in for one school, and each additional campus, site, ELC or entity is $5,000 a year on top. School group networks, dioceses and large multi-school organisations are scoped separately, based on their consolidated reporting, change management and implementation.

  2. 02Does each campus keep its own governance?

Yes. Each school keeps its own workspace, owners and reporting. The group view sits above and consolidates, it does not replace how each campus governs.

  3. 03Can a policy be pushed to every entity at once?

Yes. Shared policies and obligations distribute from the group library to every entity in one action, and the group can see which campus has adopted what.

  4. 04Does this work for a school with an early learning centre?

Soon. Early learning centre support, mapped to the National Quality Standard, is coming. Until then the centre runs as an additional entity in the group view, with its own workspace and owners.
