It is not a sales pitch and it is not a generic checklist. It is a focused diagnostic of your school's governance posture, run partly on the EthosOne platform so you see the product doing the work, and partly through facilitated sessions with Pete Holliday, an organisational psychologist and EthosOne co-founder.
You bring your current policies, your board context and your pressure points. We map them against what a board-ready independent school looks like, show you where the exposure sits, and hand you a prioritised plan you can act on, with or without EthosOne.

Most audits complete within 3 to 4 weeks of kickoff. The board-ready guarantee window is 30 days.
You only pay for this once
If you decide to move onto EthosOne Core, the full audit fee is credited against your first Core invoice. Pay $3,500 +GST for the audit, upgrade to Core, and that $3,500 comes straight off. The same applies if you put the credit toward migration instead.

Is the audit really credited against Core?
Yes, in full. If you upgrade to Core (or put it toward migration), the entire audit fee comes off your first invoice.
What does it cost?
$3,500 +GST, total $3,850 inc GST. You receive a compliant Australian tax invoice from EthosOne by email, with 14-day terms.
Do I have to buy Core to do the audit?
No. The audit is a standalone paid engagement with its own deliverables. There is no obligation to continue.

How long does it take?
