02Does EthosOne duplicate anything in Veracross?
Almost nothing. EthosOne does not run enrolments, billing or academic reporting and does not try to. It layers governance above the operational system, which is why schools adopting it are usually consolidating spreadsheets and shared drives rather than replacing the platform that runs the school.

Report types are chosen from a folder-organised catalogue. As with any vendor, ask to see a report produced from your own data in the demo rather than from a sample set.
06How much does EthosOne cost per year?
Core is $15,000 with unlimited users. Focus modules covering Risk and Compliance, Regulatory Readiness and Personnel are $5,000 each, premium modules covering Board Engagement, Group Management and PolicyAI are $10,000 each, and every module together is capped at $45,000 a year. Each additional campus, site or entity is $5,000. All prices exclude GST and the licence runs from January 2027.
