Foundation Release
Introducing EthosOne.

TL;DR
Today we announce EthosOne to the world at ethosone.io—the independent-school line of the Strateji ecosystem, built from months of vertical focus, foundation-partner work, and product depth you can now see in one place. Compliance, Risk, Policies, Procedures, Meetings, Trust Centre and the principal’s dashboard ship together as a coherent surface: not a slide deck about governance, but the week itself. EthosGov sits alongside EthosOne as the line for public schools—same platform conviction, tuned for sector-specific language, obligations and reporting rhythms so we can support both sides of Australian education with equal seriousness. Weekly releases continue from here; this is the public floor we build from.
What you'll notice
Launch day at ethosone.io
The site, the brand and the product story go live together. If you’re new here: welcome. If you’ve been in the work with us already—on boards, in pilots, in feedback sessions—your workspace, your data and your team carry forward. Same sign-in; a new front door worth the wait.
Breadth and depth, on purpose
What you’re opening today is the sum of a deliberate arc: choosing education as a vertical, walking the build with schools in the room, naming product lines, then landing brand, admin, structure and modules in production. EthosOne is what that arc looks like when it’s aimed at independent schools—every pillar wired so principals and their teams see compliance, risk, policy and procedure as connected work, not a stack of disconnected tools.
Principal-first cadence
The dashboard, navigation and copy assume a school week: terms and holidays on the calendar, obligations you can plan against, risks that point back to the policies and procedures that drive them, board-ready views without exporting your soul into a spreadsheet. Less tab-hopping; more signal.
Compliance, Risk, Policies, Procedures
Each area has its own home, a clear ownership model and hooks into the rest of the platform. You can see where work sits, who owns it, and what still needs evidence or sign-off—governance load becomes visible instead of living in inboxes and attachments.
Meetings and Trust Centre
Meetings run where decisions and actions already live, so the gap between “what we agreed” and “what we did” shrinks. Trust Centre opens a controlled, parent-facing window into how the school approaches governance, risk and student wellbeing—publish with confidence, not with a generic CMS bolt-on.
EthosGov and public schools
EthosGov is how we serve public schools inside the same ecosystem: parallel depth for a different set of accountabilities, stakeholders and reporting rhythms. It shares the Strateji core with EthosOne but keeps room for public-sector specifics—so we can support independent and public contexts without pretending one size fits all. If you lead in the public system, EthosGov is the line we’re growing with you; EthosOne is the line we’re announcing in full today for independents.
What ships next
We keep a weekly cadence from here: deeper workflows, AI-assisted drafting where it earns trust, richer board reporting, and continued hardening across modules. v2.0.39 is already in the queue—today is day one, not the finish line.
Thank you to Don Grimmett and Kings Baptist Grammar, Roy Page and Norwood International—EthosOne exists because you built it with us.
