- v2.0.49 brings AI-generated risk controls, treatments, and assurance items so your team spends less time writing and more time acting. A rebuilt Compliance module and a polish pass across the platform round out the release.
Introducing
Draft with AI
AI-Generated Risk Controls, Treatments & Assurance. The drafting you've been waiting for. When working on a risk, hit Draft with AI and EthosOne drafts control and treatment descriptions for you, surfacing suggested controls in a dedicated review modal. Accept what fits, edit what doesn't. The Draft with AI button is available inside the Risk Creation modal too, so new risks get a head start from the moment you create them.
Improvements
Compliance
A rebuild with a smarter structure. Profiles now support parent/child hierarchies with type badges, compliance items can be created directly from policies, and folder linkage is available throughout. The Compliance Calendar is redesigned with owner-kind filtering so scheduling stays clean and actionable.
Policy Work-Plan
New modal with custom date ranges, sort, print, and PDF export. Groups by approver, with owner avatars and status pills throughout.
Camps & Excursions
Full UX uplift. New submit/approval flow, supervision ratio chip, completion bar, excursion duplication, redesigned form steps, and an upgraded PDF.
Dashboard V2
Real-time updates over WebSocket. Full skeleton loaders replace the old layout jump; new folder cards keep everything a click away.
Risk Bowtie
Cleaner rendering on screen, and the PDF export is sharper and more presentation-ready. If you've shared a bow-tie recently, it's worth re-exporting.
Risk Registry
New risk details UI, Risk Filters modal, and committee/department filters for a cleaner view across your registry.
Team & Departments
Archive UI, parent select, member roles, and a hierarchy carousel. AssigneePicker and OwnerKindFilter now work consistently across all modules.
School Registration
New auto-mapping modal, refreshed Readiness Dashboard, and updated evidence pack PDF and landing pages.
Meetings
Attendee avatars appear in the meeting view. Meeting summary email reports are live, and participants are notified when added.
RASCI
New draft email modal so RASCI communications can be sent directly from the module.
